The Choices We Make

Happiness will not be handed to us on a silver platter. It comes from the choices we make, every single day.

When we get sick enough of our own crap (self sabotaging patterns), we can begin to actively create the kind of reality we want.

It can feel overwhelming to conquer all of it at once! In our experience, one thing at time dropped off. First we learnt to meditate and stabilised here. Then we started cleaning up… one by one those sticky habits and patterns that we were done with, while also adding new knowledge, practices and ways of living. And we continue with this process of refining and designing our experience. Everyday.

And sure, not everyday works out the way we intended, it’s normal to slip back into old habits. But having greater awareness around this is what’s important, as awareness is the key to change. What we can’t see won’t budge.

Meditation creates the foundation that makes it all possible. It supports our intention for growth and allows us to clearly see those behaviours that are no longer relevant.

You can only experience life as you are. The experiencer is the experience… the dancer is the dance…the knower is the known.

If we want to change our experience of life, we have to change ourselves – from the inside.
