Marcus

The Sattva Life co-founder Marcus Hamill is a Master trained Sattva Meditation, Breathwork and Kriya Yoga teacher, Therapeutic Breathwork facilitator, and expert in the field of consciousness and human potential. Marcus has a unique ability to illuminate the depths of these ancient wisdom practices, in a style that is grounded and highly relevant to modern life.

Cassie

Cass is the co-founder of The Sattva Life where she teaches meditation, breathwork, kriya, asana & shares deep wisdom from the Kundalini & Tantric traditions of the Himalayas. After a personal crisis in 2010, she began her journey of self-healing & evolution, first through Vedic Meditation & then a deep immersion in the Yog-Vedantic teachings through extensive study with Anand Mehrotra (Himalayan Yogic Master) in India. She has now dedicated her life to continuing her exploration of consciousness, life & human potential & helping others finding there way through sharing her journey towards greater freedom and happiness.

Omsai Ayurveda

Annette Robinson brings the ancient Indian health system of Ayurveda to ‘The Sattva Life’. Drawing upon her 14 years of experience, Annette provides customised nutritional plans, lifestyle consulting, cooking workshops, retreat and event catering, along with deep transformational body treatments, to harmonise your mind/body system and enhance your health and vitality.
