It’s a beautiful place to be when we are truly able to accept that some situations, relationships, challenges, old patterns, are just not worth us giving anymore energy.

Letting it go intellectually is one thing. Releasing it from our energetic body and bio-memory is quite another. 

Anyone who has been on the path of evolution will attest to the fact that when we really start to dive into Yoga (meditation, kriya, breathwork etc) we discover these stored ‘traumas’ big and small, tracing all the way back to our childhood. These manifest in our reality as self-sabotage, self-limitation, self-worth, relating issues, emotional regulation, frustration, anxiety, addiction etc….

When we begin to understand that we can actually release this stored memory (energetically and physically), it’s a hallelujah moment! A huge weight is lifted… just the idea that we can shift the stuff that haunts us is a massive bloody relief!

Having a regular meditation practice is the foundation. It is the single best thing you can do for yourself. We teach Vedic meditation as it is simple and extraordinarily powerful.

Secondly, we offer Private Sessions (in person or online) where we can explore where you’re stuck (or aspects you would like to enhance), then give you practices which will empower you to release and transcend all that holds you back. (Totally accessible to anyone – no experience required other than your own commitment to evolve and a meditation practice, even if you have just started).
