Our instragram quote from a couple of days ago had the most interaction out of anything we have ever posted. Seems many people out there connected with this statement….that there are things in their life that give them the absolute shits.

It’s great to get to the point of really being sick of something. It means that we’re ready for change. Trick is, because of conditioning, bio-memory and attachment to our behaviours, it can be hard to do. Despite all the best intentions we find ourselves slipping back, then beating ourselves up even more for doing the same thing again!

This is where meditation, breathwork and kriya practices reveal their power. Meditation is the foundation. It calms the mind, stabilises the nervous system and develops the awareness to witness our behaviours with honesty. Breathwork builds prana/energy and enlivens every cell, so we are moving stagnant energy and shifting the bio-memory of those old patterns. Kriyas target specific areas in our energetic body to fast track the evolutionary change that is needed.

So, we highly encourage you to have a regular meditation practice. This is the most important! Then, to support you in your quest for positive change in your life we add breathwork and kriyas.
