One of the most rewarding aspects of my work and something I’m forever grateful for, are the incredible, inspiring people I get to teach and call friends.

I met Kale Brock a while back. Kale’s one of these young folk who makes you feel like you really should hurry up and do something with your life.  Somewhere in his mid 20’s, Kale has already written two books, ‘The gut Healing Protocol’ and ‘The art of Probiotic Nutrition’ and he’s written, produced, directed and self funded a widely acclaimed doco film ‘The Gut Movie’. Off the back of this he’s now in Japan making another documentary on Longevity.

In between all of this he manages to surf more than anyone else I know, essentially because he somehow figured a way to make an income from surfing through his you tube channel…  Legend!

I was fortunate enough to teach him to meditate and he recently made this funny little film about the 1st30 days of his new practice.
