These sessions are both educational & highly experiential
with take home practices for you to work with.

Workshop includes:
BREATHWORK
The science of breathwork & why these practices have an incredible effect on our mental, physical, emotional health & vitality.
The mechanics of correct breathing.
Learn & experience a series of Himalayan Breathwork techniques.
MEDITATION
The science of meditation & ways that a consistent meditation practice supports us in upgrading every aspect of our lives.
Explore & understand the 3 categories of meditation techniques:
– Contemplative Meditation + a practice
– Focussed Meditation + a practice
– Mantra/Effortless Transcendance + a discussion.
During this 90min workshop you will gain knowledge & insights into the transformative power of breathwork & meditation. You will be guided through a series of breathwork & meditation techniques that you can continue to practice after the workshop.
Sessions are recorded, and you have access for 2 weeks after the workshop.
